Catering with Barley’s Burgers 

Barley’s Burgers is a great fit for casual weddings, backyard parties, corporate lunches, grad parties, neighborhood events, brewery and winery events, and late-night wedding food.

We bring the truck, cook everything fresh to order, and let guests order right from the window — just like a pop-up.

Catering Options

1. Signature Burger Menu* – starting at $22 per person
   Our recommended catering experience and the best way to bring Barley’s Burgers to your event. Guests choose from five of our signature burgers, each cooked to order and served with JoJos. The focused burger menu showcases what our truck does best while allowing us to provide our fastest service. This is our most popular option for weddings, corporate lunches, and larger events.
2. Fan Favorites*– starting at $20/person 
   A great option for groups that want more variety. Guests choose from a curated menu of three signature burgers with JoJos, two specialty hot dogs with JoJos, or two loaded JoJos. The broader mix offers something for everyone, though service may be slightly slower than with our Signature Burger Menu.
3. Hosted Menu Tab
   Guests order directly from our full menu, and the host pays the final tab. There is a $750 food minimum for most hosted tabs. This works great if your event has multiple food trucks or you are unsure of your final guest count.  

All private catering events require a minimum of $750 in food purchases, plus the $250 service fee, for a minimum event total of $1,000.

Beverage Add On

We can offer your guests non-alcoholic canned/bottled beverages at $2 per person.

Service Fee

Private catering events include a $250 service fee in addition to food costs. The service fee reserves your date and includes event planning, setup, staffing logistics, travel within the Portland metro area, and a two-hour service window.

Additional service hours are $150 per hour.

Gratuity for our crew is not included but is always appreciated and completely optional.

Travel fees apply for events outside the Portland metro area.

*Vegan burgers and gluten-free buns are always available for guests.
